METRO EAST BILLIARD LEAGUE RULEBOOKS
The rulebooks below are for the upcoming winter season of 2009-2010. Some modifications have been made for them. Teams currently playing 2009 summer session must use the current rule book they have as we do not make changes during the season.
Keep in mind when viewing rulebooks: MEBL runs 4 separate leagues of Monday Men's, Tuesday Women's, Wednesday Coed, and Wednesday Metro. The 3 leagues of Men's, Women's, and Coed use one master rule book for all three as all playing rules and scoring systems are the same except for the one additional rule for Coed on the last page. All three of these leagues play in the Granite/Madison area only and have limited travel. Wednesday Metro league has a few different playing rules and travels from Godfrey/Alton area down to Granite City. Travel is still limited to 25 miles or less between teams as most are still across town just a couple of miles from each other. We have players that like the Metro setup just because it gets them out of their usual hometown bars that they are tired of seeing the same faces at.
